The NKMT, a charity focussed on understanding and aiming to prevent brain haemorrhages, interviewed Adam for a podcast episode, titled “How checking your blood pressure could save your life (in more ways than one)”. They discussed the basics of blood pressure, why it’s so crucial to monitor it regularly and the serious effects of high blood pressure, from brain haemorrhages to heart disease to stroke.
